As Vice President, People & HR Services with ARRive Growth Partners, Lindsay Dagiantis brings over 15 years of experience building and leading people functions inside startups and scaling companies, navigating growth, complexity, and key operational inflection points. She specializes in helping founders establish the people infrastructure required to support execution, accountability, and scalable growth without overbuilding too early.
Lindsay partners directly with founders and leadership teams to align organizational design, hiring, and performance management with the realities of scaling a business. Her work ensures teams are structured correctly, roles are clearly defined, and performance is measured in a way that drives consistent execution, not just activity.
Known for a business-first, financially grounded approach, Lindsay helps leadership teams make confident decisions around hiring, compensation, and workforce planning while avoiding the common pitfalls of premature scaling. She brings a practical, systems-oriented mindset that translates complexity into a clear operating structure so teams can move faster with greater discipline and consistency.
Through ARRive Growth Partners, Lindsay embeds alongside leadership teams as part of a unified commercialization system, ensuring the people layer directly supports revenue execution across sales, marketing, and operations as the business scales toward predictable ARR.
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science from Miami University and completed additional studies in Spanish Language and Business at Universidad de Salamanca. She is also the founder of blueprintHR, where she partners with and advises growing companies across industries outside of the ARRive ecosystem.
